Cornet Obolensky came to the front of jumping breeding in Germany when his first foal crop were licensed. 14 sons in the first year. Since then he is one of the most heavily used stallions in Westphalia.

He was sire of the overall 2005 premium stallion Cornetto. Sire of the 2007 Hanover Jumping premium stallion and sire of the overall winner of the 2007 Westphalian licensing champion Coronas(see picture bottom right this page). His sons are sought after by nearly all the major stallion stations in Gemany. Schockemohle has one, Boeckmann has one, Klatte has one, the Warendorf state stud has one. Showjumping mare of the century, Ratina Z was sent to him for breeding.
He is an extremely popular stallion in Europe at the moment who combines exceptional jumping ability with wonderful movement and a calm and intelligent temperament. Ridden by Marco Kutscher he is competing very successfully.
